Jay Sivathayalan is a current PhD candidate in Biostatistics under supervisors Ryan Browne and Michael Wallace.  Jay completed a Bachelor of Mathematics Honours in Statistics from Carleton University in 2022, and then obtained a Master of Mathematics in Biostatistics from the University of Waterloo in 2024. Jay's research interests are clustering, measurement error, and mixture models.
