Supporting the University of Waterloo in its goal to be recognized as one of the leading innovation universities in the world, the Marketing and Strategic Initiatives (MSI) team leads the development of research, strategy and tools that support and strengthen Waterloo’s global brand and reputation.
Creative Services is a multidisciplinary team of designers, thinkers and listeners. They offer strategic communications created at the highest levels of creativity and execution. Creative Services works with faculties and departments across the University to reach their audiences and share the Waterloo brand story across digital, video and print.
Digital Communications collaborates with campus colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to continue to build the University’s global profile and reputation, with responsibility for the University of Waterloo’s digital experience. This includes oversight of all digital work, including the creation of integrated digital marketing plans, and developing multi-platform digital strategies encompassing web, social media, and digital communications.
