This webform is for students requesting meal plan changes.
- Students living in a traditional residence (V1, REV, CMH) are required to have a traditional meal plan. You can choose any of the traditional meal plan options available.
- Students living in a suite-style residence or off-campus are not required to have a meal plan, but may choose to add any of the optional meal plans available.
Meal plans are offered by the UW Food Services department. Please consult the information available from Food Services about meal plan options, and terms and conditions.
The Fall 2025 meal plan change form is closed. The Winter 2026 form will open on January 5th.
