The Advisory Committee would like to welcome two student members at large, who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Colour to the Advisory Committee to guide the work of the Wellness Collaborative.
What does involvement on the Advisory Committee look like?
- Attend monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of the month, 1:00-2:30 pm on Microsoft Teams. Membership on the Advisory Committee is a minimum of a one-year term to ensure ongoing representation.
- Provide leadership to bring to life the mandate of the Advisory Committee.
- Create opportunities for two-way communication between the Advisory Committee and other students.
- Offer a diverse perspective of the health and wellness needs of students at Waterloo.
- Provide an equity-deserving and lived experience perspective to decision-making.
Compensation
These student-at large positions will be compensated $25/hour.
