- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 11 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 am – 9 pm
Spring/summer diminished hours
May 31 - August 29, 2025
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Fall semester
September 2 - December 23, 2025
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 11 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 am – 9 pm
Holiday closures
We are closed for the full Labour Day weekend, as it falls between terms, and all other holidays listed on the University of Waterloo holiday calendar.
Note: Exceptions to these hours will be posted here and on the WLRC door.
