WLRC Module 6: Reviews and Systematic Searching

In this hands-on workshop you will be introduced to the characteristics of a several common types of reviews used in biomedical and health research; including systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and narrative reviews. You will learn when and why to use and conduct these different forms of knowledge syntheses. You will also learn systematic search techniques that are considered the ‘gold standard’ components of the search methods used for systematic and scoping reviews and their associated reporting standards.
