Across Canada and around the world, Waterloo alumni are making significant contributions to their University, their professions, and their communities. The Alumni Awards recognize these individuals and their efforts to build a better world.

In the nomination form, we’ll walk you through a series of questions. Before you begin, we suggest you have the following things ready:

• Contact and business information for the nominee
• A short summary about why they should be considered
• Basic information about yourself
