The University of Waterloo Faculty Association’s Equity Committee presented Treaty Lands, Global Stories with an Equity & Inclusivity Award.
Treaty Lands, Global Stories (TLGS) is a student-led initiative that aims to create a space for discussions centered on place, diversity, and inclusion within our curriculum. Architecture graduate students Samuel Ganton, Amina Lalor and Paniz Moayeri accepted the award for TLGS, an initiative that has pushed the School of Architecture to broaden its curriculum to incorporate the contributions of other cultures and worldviews.
