Biography summary

Cameron Parkin (BAS Honours, MArch) is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, an Adjunct Instructor at the University at Buffalo, and a Research Associate at Waterloo Architecture’s DATAlab. Cameron’s research focuses on the representation of complex field conditions through data driven, computationally generated drawings and models, with a specific interest in ecological systems in urban environments. Cameronreceived his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Waterloo where he completed an AIA Henry Adams Medal winning thesis that developed digital design tools for Toronto’s avian habitat networks.
