Admission Information Form

Though not mandatory, you can submit the Admission Information Form (AIF) as part of your Biotechnology/CPA application. Our CFM and Math/CPA programs require submission of the AIF as these programs use it as part of the decision-making process. AFM and SFM do not review or use the AIF.
