Tejinder Singh - Young Engineer Award
Electrical and computer engineering alumnus, Dr. Tejinder Singh, has won the Young Engineer Prize for his work on "Reconfigurable PCM GeTe-Based Latching 6-Bit Digital Switched Capacitor Bank" presented at the 2020 European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC).

The EuMIC is the premier European technical conference dealing with microwave integrated components whether based on silicon, III-V material or photonics. It has established itself as a key contributor to the success of the overall European Microwave Week and remains the largest scientific event in Europe related to microwave integrated circuits.

Dr. Singh completed his PhD degree at the University of Waterloo under the supervision of Prof. Raafat Mansour; he is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and a research associate with the Center for Integrated RF Engineering.

Congratulations, Tejinder!
