ECE’s Gowrish Basavarajappa, PhD student of Professor Raafat Mansour was awarded Best Paper Award in Advanced Practice Paper Competition (APPC) held at the most prestigious 2019 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) at Boston, MA, USA for his research work on “A Tunable Coaxial Filter with Minimum Variations in Absolute Bandwidth and Q Using a Single Tuning Element.”
The IEEE MTT International Microwave Symposium (IMS) is the premier annual international meeting for technologists involved in all aspects of microwave theory and practice. Every year IMS attracts more than 10,000+ attendees and 600+ exhibitors.
