Tejinder Singh wins the prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship

Professor Raafat Mansour's PhD student, Tejinder Singh, has won the prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship for his research project "Miniature Phase-Change Materials-based RF Switch Matrices for Wireless and Satellite Communication Systems." 

The Vanier CGS program aims to attract and retain world-class doctoral students by supporting students who demonstrate both leadership skills and an exceptionally high standards of scholarly achievements in graduate studies in the natural sciences and/or engineering, health and/or social sciences.

This year, Tejinder is the only student in the Faculty of Engineering to receive this award. Furthermore, he is one of the only two ECE graduate students to have received this award since the program's inception.

He has also received the President's Graduate Scholarship for the duration he will hold Vanier CGS.
