This page provides information for faculty and students on return to campus guidelines as it relates to department operations. April 27, 2022:
- May 1, in-person instruction resumes.
- Proof of vaccination is no longer required. The university reserves the right to reinstate the requirement should prevailing conditions warrant.
- Masks continue to be mandatory in all indoor and outdoor spaces where two meters of physical distancing cannot be maintained.
- Occupants in shared office space, not accessible to public, can remove masks only when two meters physically distanced from others and there is mutual consensus amongst present parties to do so.
- Research labs and meeting spaces are open for use following the current safety protocols.

Building hours:
DC, MC, building hours: open [24 hours, 7 days a week]
M3 building hours: Monday-Friday: open 7:00am-11:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: open 10:00am-6:00pm
Access outside these hours requires a key or fob for entry.
Department Office hours, *New* Staff Hybrid Work Schedule
Effective, February 7,ourstaff are participating in a pilot hybrid work schedule for the Winter term in accordance with university Work from Home guidelines. Staff who can satisfy their job requirements while working from home can do so up to a maximum of two days. Please refer to the Spring 2022 Staff Hybrid Work Schedule. We continue to be accessible and responsive on both outlook and TEAMs, 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you require assistance. We welcome your input.
