Customer Service Roles

These roles ensure the smooth running of the event by guiding guests and answering questions before, during and after a ceremony. They represent the University to thousands of newcomers to campus; excellent customer service skills are required.

Customer service roles are an opportunity for current students only. Please sign up as an ambassador.


Lunch is provided between the morning and afternoon ceremonies for those working two shifts on the same day.


Customer service roles are paid $20 per hour for up to 40 hours worked.
