Returning as an alum

If you graduated anytime prior to 2024, you are eligible to attend a future convocation and participate in the ceremony, including renting a gown and walking across the stage.

In order to receive communications for the upcoming convocation ceremony, as well as be added to the reservation system to receive guest tickets, you need to tell us you are interested. A special form - Sign up to Attend a Future Convocation Event - exists in Quest to collect your interest:

1. Log in to Quest.
2. Select the Academics tile.
3. Select the Attend Future Convocation link from the left.

Notes about the Quest form:

• The form is only available to alumni. If you are already scheduled to graduate in the spring, you do not need to complete this form, and in fact, won't see it in Quest.
• Interest is only collected for one upcoming ceremony at a time. Currently, you are only able to sign up for Spring 2024 Convocation.
  • Deadline: The form for this ceremony will close on May 10, 2024. However, to receive all convocation-related communication, including the initial registration details, you should complete the form prior to May 1, 2024.
• The form will open after the previous set of convocation ceremonies has concluded (November for spring convocation, July for fall convocation).
• You can fill out the form multiple times if you need to change the information provided.
