This panel/talk will give you an overview of some of the different types of residencies out there and how to get them. Tara Cooper and Jane Tingley will account some of their favorite residencies and will talk about their personal experiences.
Encaustic is a painting process which involves combining colour pigments and hot wax and then applying them to a porous, rigid surface such as prepared wood or canvas panel.
Linda Carson will give a workshop on how to do encaustic. This workshop is free and open to anyone.
