Our current Master of Fine Arts (MFA) students are holding an open studio on Thursday November 7th from 3 to 7 PM. The MFA Open Studios are a unique opportunity to view the work and meet the artists in a casual setting.

UW Fine Arts invites you to our annual Shantz International Research Scholarship presentations. Each year, our Master of Fine Arts (MFA) students spend six weeks of their third term studying abroad with professional artists, and the Shantz scholarships make it possible.

In From Skyworld to Cyberspace, artist Skawennati (Mohawk, turtle clan) traces a line from our place of origin somewhere in the heavens to the virtual realm, one of the newest territories on Earth.
