If you were a student enrolled in a Fine Arts studio course during the Winter 2020 term and have personal property left behind in East Campus Hall that you have not already retrieved and that you still want, please use this link: https://calendly.com/uw-artwork-retrival to book a pick-up appointment as soon possible.
*Please note that appointment times are only available during hours of 9:00AM-4:00/5:30PM, Mondays to Fridays. Evening and Weekend appointments are not an option at this time.
In addition to booking an appointment you are also required to fill out a separate Agreement Form found on the University of Waterloo Fine Arts department's website. Failure to fill out the agreement at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Please note that if you are unable to come to campus for any reason including:
- you are ill or have been ill within the past 14 days;
- you are unable to travel to campus due to excessive distance, lack of transportation or travel restrictions;
- the bookable times available don't meet your needs;
- you don’t feel safe coming to campus because of concerns related to COVID-19;
- or, you simply no longer want your property.
Then instead of booking a pick-up appointment, please directly contact Adam Glover by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to come up with a solution for you.
If you fail to make an appointment or get in touch with us before August 1st 2021, we will interpret your lack of communication as your consent that you no longer want the property left in ECH and we will dispose of it after August 1st.
