The Healthy Workplace Committee is supporting Movember Canada for the month of November. The Committee encourages departments to also take part in Movember for men's health. The Movember Foundation is not only supporting projects fighting prostate and testicular cancer but also on mental health and suicide prevention.
On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, the University and the Healthy Workplace Committee will be hosting the second annual Keeping Well at Work Day. This will be a full day of wellness for employees across campus. The day will include:
Healthy Workplace welcomes all UWaterloo employees to attend this wellness session! Registration is required.
During this session, participants will learn how they can play a role in their child’s success in school, how they can encourage and engage their child in school, how to help with homework, understanding their child’s natural abilities, and what learning style best suits their child. This session will also look at what resources are available to yourself and your child to ensure success.
