About our speaker: Suzanne Dietrich, RD
Suzanne Dietrich has been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years, working in assisting individuals and groups of all ages with acute and chronic health conditions. She is the owner of Gut Instincts Nutrition Counselling in Waterloo Region.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition from Ryerson University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies from University of Waterloo. Over the years, Suzanne has taken various courses in diabetes education, motivational interviewing, and food allergies and intolerances.
After a number of years, helping provide people with education regarding weight loss Suzanne has switched her approach to a non-diet focus towards health and food. This is provided through the scientifically based Intuitive Eating model.
Suzanne is a mom of two spunky boys, an avid cyclist, skier, baker and community member. She is passionate about helping people find peace with food and honoured to be here with you today.
