Life after KI
Ever wonder what life will be like after you graduate?
So did we. Ask us anything about transitioning out of your undergraduate degree.
The panel includes BKI alumni working in multiple disciplines and completing post-graduate study.
- David Collins (BKI’14) worked as a consultant at Deloitte, did a Master’s in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology, and is Managing Partner of the Red Beans Group, an innovation consulting service focused on ideating and inventing beautiful physical, mental, and digital spaces.
- Samantha Afonso (BKI’17) did a Master’s in Genetic Counselling, and is the Clinical Genetic Counsellor for the Heart, Lung and Vascular Program at St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health Toronto. She counsels patients for a variety of genetic conditions, and works with physicians, administration and executives to develop the medical genetics program and patient supports.
- Dana Lobo (BKI’17) worked with BMO in various roles (including summer internships during university), and is now working with Acheivers, an HR tech company.
- Will Turman(BKI’18) did a Master’s in Planning, now working as a Planner, and doing lots of engaged citizen activities.
