Commitment

  • We will provide multiple options for people to provide feedback regarding University of Waterloo Library provision of services and resources to persons with disabilities
  • The Library Accessibility Services coordinator will respond to all feedback and/or forward feedback to other library service coordinators or managers, if necessary
  • Turnaround time expectations for responding to feedback:
    • Responses should be sent within two business days, excluding weekends and University holidays
    • Responses may be at minimum an acknowledgement of receipt

Procedures

  • Feedback options include:
    • Visiting Library Accessibility Services (LAS) office (LIB 251) in Dana Porter Library
    • Calling LAS at ext. 43012
    • Emailing LAS at uwaterloo.ca/library/accessibility
    • Mailing LAS at 200 University Ave West, Waterloo, ON N2L 3G1 (attention: Library Accessibility Services)
  • Patrons can visit Ask us on the accessible library home page for more feedback options related to library provision of services and resource to all patrons
  • Patrons can also visit or call any library information desk:
    • Dana Porter Library at ext. 35763
    • Davis Centre Library at ext. 30569

All feedback will be directed to the appropriate service coordinator or manager.
