Getting the most out of your time when researching and writing undergraduate essays
The second of three sessions this term offered by the Library and Writing and Communication Centre starts with a 30-minute lesson on the researching and writing process. It is followed by time to work through your own assignment and receive one-on-one help, regardless of where you are in the researching/writing process. Attend the lesson, or consultation section, or both! Register ahead of time or when you arrive. Please note that it is not necessary to have attended the first session.
Lesson includes: creating an effective search strategy, advanced database searching, refining your thesis, developing an argument, and drafting.
