We will be performing maintenance on Primo on April 23, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
During this short maintenance window, you may experience intermittent difficulties logging in to Primo, using the Sign in button in the upper right, and placing holds and recalls.
This maintenance window is required for TriUniversity Group (TUG) Primo to introduce a new authentication mechanism for all three institutions.
After this change has been made, the Primo login screen will look slightly different, and University of Guelph users will notice they now have the ability to log in to Primo with either their barcode/last name, or with their Central Login accounts via Single Sign On (SSO).
Introducing this new authentication mechanism for Primo also lays the foundation for developers at UWaterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University libraries to create additional authentication types for their institutions as well.
