Are you interested in creating your own Open Educational Resources (OER) or looking to adapt an existing OER? Come chat with campus partners from the Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE) and the Centre for Extended Learning (CEL) to learn how they can help support the development of your OER.
The CEL Agile Development Team is ready to support you with all aspects of the design development of your OER. They can help by building a wide variety of online learning components, such as webpages, charts and diagrams, animations, interactives and videos.
Or perhaps you’re interested in learning more about LITE Seed Grant (Learning Innovation and Teaching Enhancement) opportunities for instructors? LITE Seed Grants support small-scale teaching and learning research projects with three rounds a year. The next deadline is Monday June 3, 2024.
LITE Seed Grant proposals may focus on:
- assessing new approaches to teaching and learning (what is possible and does it work?)
- critically examining student learning with existing instructional approaches (what is happening and what could be improved?)
- pursuing instructional development opportunities (how could I teach differently to better facilitate deep student learning?).
Stop by to chat with campus experts to talk about your ideas!
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided.
