In past Data Tuesday talks, we have heard good ideas about how we can gather and clean data. In this session, Lathangi Ganesharatnam, will demonstrate  how we can visualize and understand the trends or patterns in data using bar, pie, and line charts—​without any programming knowledge.

If time permits, we will have a brief introduction to Google Analytics.

Carmen will walk you through how to create this adorable painting, giving you some options on how to make it look more like your favourite cat or dog.

The cost for this event is $20. The Health, Safety, & Wellness Committee is providing the supplies, and Carmen has donated her time and talent, so all the money collected will go to the United Way.

Over the last decades, this evolution has accelerated so much that it arguably constitutes a revolution. Before the Internet, a library was defined as a building that provided access to print content. Now you can envisage a library service that operates completely online and does not own any content as such, be it print or digital.
