FAQ

Q –  Am I eligible for the salary adjustment (base pay increase and lump sum payment)?

A – All current Faculty members who were eligible for the Faculty Salary Increase (FSI) process on May 1, 2023 and were a faculty member on either May 1, 2021 or May 1, 2022 are eligible.

Q – Do the percentage increases also apply to the SIUs, and the salary floors and thresholds?

A – The percentage increases are used to calculate a revised salary effective May 1, 2023 for eligible faculty members who were employed at the University as a faculty member on May 1, 2021 or May 1, 2022 only. There are no changes to the SIUs, and the salary floor and thresholds for the 2023-2024 year which were used to determine the salary increases through the Faculty Salary Increase (FSI) process for 2023.
