StatCan–UWaterloo Symposium on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

Statistics Canada and the University of Waterloo are jointly hosting a one-day virtual symposium on data science and artificial intelligence. The symposium will showcase research projects and developments at Statistics Canada and research and education programs at the University of Waterloo in data science and artificial intelligence. It is hoped that the symposium will bridge the two groups for potential research collaborations and student engagements, and strengthen ties between government organizations and academic institutions in Canada in the big data era.
