Waterloo Environment professor receives the prestigious Molson Prize and a guest professorship

Dr. Jennifer Clapp, a Tier I Canada Research Chair in Global Food Security and Sustainability in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability at the University of Waterloo, was awarded the Canada Council for the Arts Molson Prize for her ongoing contributions to Canada's cultural and intellectual heritage related to global food security and sustainability.

Dr. Clapp has also been awarded the Kerstin Hesselgren's guest professorship for 2027 from the Swedish Research Council, where she will be active at the Department of Human Geography, Stockholm University.
