Attending a Board of Governors Meeting
Visitors (non-governors) interested in attending the open session of a Board meeting are invited to register in advance via email to board@uwaterloo.ca by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. In-person attendance is accommodated based on available seating in the meeting room and late requests may receive a delayed response.
Visitors may also observe the meeting virtually via Zoom by requesting a link via email to board@uwaterloo.ca, by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. Requests received after this time may receive a delayed response.
