If you meet the following minimum requirements, and would like BMath Data Science, please fill out the form below prior to the last lecture day of the term. Application decisions are made at the start of the following term.
1. A minimum math average of 65%.
2. A minimum CS average of 70%.
3. Are enrolled in, or have completed CS 136.
