Short biography

Justin EichelI completed my Ph.D. at the University of Waterloo with the Department of Systems Design Engineering in addition to employment as an Adjunct Lecturer at the university. My research interests include, but are not limited to, Computer Vision, Real-World Modelling and Simulation, Robotics, Corneal Medical Imaging, Statistical Pattern Recognition, Three-dimensional Reconstruction, Artificial Intelligence, and Artificial Life. I enjoy supervising students as it provides me with an opportunity to learn about diverse subject matter and to sharpen my practical implementation skills. Supervision is one of the most rewarding aspects of working with the university.
