Fall Open House 2024

Join us on Saturday, November 9, 2024 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m to learn what makes Waterloo Architecture one of Canada's top schools.

The School of Architecture invites all interested students, along with their parents and friends to join us in Cambridge on Saturday, November 9th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The school will be open to all and is a great opportunity to see the Architecture campus, speak to professors and current students, tour the facilities, see demonstrations and displays of student work and view successful admission portfolios.

Two information sessions will be offered: a Program Overview Session and an Admissions Information Session.

Program Overview Session
Laurence A. Cummings Lecture Theatre
10:30, 11:30, 1:30 and 2:30

This 60-minute session will provide an overview of the School of Architecture. Topics include an outline of our Undergraduate program, leading to our Graduate program, co-op, housing, student life, and more. The presentation will include time for a Q&A session.

Admissions Information Session
E-Classroom
10:30, 11:30, 1:30 and 2:30

This 60-minute session will provide an overview of the School of Architecture admissions process. Topics include academic requirements, admissions timelines and portfolio reviews. The presentation will include time for a Q&A session.

These sessions require advanced registration. The registration form is now open.

You must book a seat for each guest in each session. Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation email with tickets for each guest. Tickets will be required to enter the information sessions. Please print the tickets or be prepared to show them on your phone.

As space is limited in the information sessions, we request that attendance is limited to 2-3 guests per group, where possible. Additional guests are welcome to browse around the school or visit the café during this time. This allows for as many potential applicants as possible to attend the informaiton session
