Accessing your student email account
Microsoft Office 365 accounts
Undergraduate students can use Office 365 to access their email accounts. Your email address is userid@uwaterloo.ca and your password is the same as your Quest/WatIAM password. See Student Email Migration for assistance.
New Undergraduate Students (Fall 2018-)
Before you can access your Office 365 account using your userid@uwaterloo.ca and WatIAM password, you will need to change your password in WatIAM. First you will need to read the instructions, and then click Claim Your Identity. Once your Office 365 account is created you will need to change your password.
