Aster x frikartii

This is a horticultural hybrid between Aster amellus and A. thompsonii. In North America, several different horticultural varieties are available: cv. "Flora's Delight" and cv. "Monch". In Ontario, these do very well in the garden blooming from mid summer until late fall.
