Sickle-leaved Goldenaster
Pityopsis falcata (Pursh) Nutt. is native to the Atlantic Coastal Plain (New Jersey, Long Island, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts). The sparsely hairy leaves are curved falcate and often folded along the midvein (conduplicate; Semple 2006 FNA). The stems are densely hairy.
