Dr. Tejinder Singh, former PhD student and currently a Research Associate under the supervision of Professor Raafat Mansour, was awarded Best Paper award with Honorable Mention among Top 10 papers at the prestigious 2021 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in Atlanta, GA for his research on “Scalable Non-Volatile Chalcogenide Phase Change GeTe-Based Monolithically Integrated mmWave Crossbar Switch Matrix.”
The IEEE MTT International Microwave Symposium (IMS) is the premier annual international meeting for technologists involved in all aspects of microwave theory and practice. Every year IMS attracts more than 10,000+ attendees and 600+ exhibitors.
For 2021 paper competition, 55 papers were recommended from more than 600+ papers submitted and 36 papers were selected as finalists. Top 10 papers were selected by a team of highly qualified experts in the RF/microwave related fields.
