Huayong (Johnny) Jia, wins the Third Place Best Student Paper Prize in ASC 2020 Conference

ECE’s Huayong (Johnny) Jia, PhD student under the supervision of Professor Raafat Mansour, was awarded the 3rd place Best Student Paper prize in the Student Paper Contest at the 2020 Applied Superconductivity Conference (ASC) [Virtual] for his research on “Wide-band Triplexer Realized in Niobium-Based Multilayer Substrate.”

For more than five decades, ASC has been an important gathering point for the electronics, large scale, and materials fields within the applied superconductivity community.
