Tejinder Singh received the Ph.D. degree (with highest academic honour) in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2020.
Dr. Luis Gutierrez joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Waterloo in April 2017 as the manager of the RF micro-electro-mechanical systems (RF MEMS) laboratory and clean room at the Centre for Integrated RF Engineering (CIRFE). He bears responsibility for the operation, maintenance, lab user training, administration, and promotion of CIRFE's test and fabrication facilities. Dr. Gutierrez (L. Gutierrez-Rivera) uses his expertise as a Research and Development Engineer to assist the individual members of the research group and external customers in the successful completion of their projects.
