Huayong (Johnny) Jia received both his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  While working at the University of Regina, he successfully developed a new method to design tunable RF/Microwave bandpass filters with an absolute constant bandwidth over the tuning range.

Gowrish B., received his MTech degree (2013) in RF Design and Technology from CARE, Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi, India. He worked as a Systems Engineer at Cypress Semiconductors till 2014 and worked as a Scientist/Engineer in Communication Systems Group at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Satellite Centre, Bangalore from 2014 to 2017.

Hassan Kianmehr

PhD Student

Hassan received his BSc and MSc in electrical engineering from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran in 2012 and 2015, respectively. His BSc thesis was on optimization algorithms and implementing them on different communication problems. In his MSc thesis, he worked on shaped reflector antenna synthesis and analysis method.
