Roadmap to your first term

Once you have received your offer of admission, review and accept before the deadline. 

June 12, 2026, is the last day to accept your offer for Fall (September) 2026 admission.

Your conditions of admission must be satisfied before you can be matriculated (activate you in your program).

Once you have satisfied your conditions of admission, you will be matriculated approximately six weeks before the start of term.

The Class enrolment period period for Fall 2026 runs from August 05, 2026 to September 29, 2026

During the course selection period, you are able to enrol in courses for the upcoming term in Quest.

Fees Arranged Extension fees begin for your Fall 2026 tuition fees by August 26, 2026. Not Fees Arranged (NFA) holds applied as of September 23, 2026. Learn more here about holds.  If you have questions about your tuition fees than contact the Student Centre at askthecentre@uwaterloo.ca.

Because MDSAI tuition is per course, your fees statement will appear in Quest only after you have enrolled in your Fall courses.​
