With a career that began as a summer laborer in construction, Andrew has grown alongside one of North America’s largest privately held home developers. Starting with sweeping floors and site clean-up, Andrew progressed through various leadership roles in construction management and site operations. Today, Andrew leads a team of 600 people, delivering 2,400 homes annually across Kitchener-Waterloo, the GTA, Simcoe, and Durham Region. With a Bachelor of Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo (2007) and an MBA from the University of Toronto (2018) Andrew is passionate about building homes, creating communities, and fostering career growth.
