3 Minute Thesis text

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition asks University of Waterloo research-based master's and doctoral students to explain the breadth and significance of their research to a non-specialist audience using only one static slide in three minutes.

Not only does the 3MT help cultivate students' presentation and communication skills while providing them with invaluable networking opportunities, winners also have the potential to win thousands of dollars in prizes. Learn more and register now by clicking here.

Competitors are able to attend faculty-based heats, so we encourage you to join us at the Environment Faculty Heat on Tuesday March 5 at 4:00p.m. in EV3 1408
