Kris Kolenc (BES 2016, ENBUS)
Managing Consultant, EVORA Global
Kris Kolenc graduated from the University of Waterloo’s Environment & Business program in 2016. During his studies, Kris developed an interest and passion for green buildings and focused many of his course projects and co-ops on this field.
After graduating, he worked at the Real Property Association of Canada (REALPAC) in Toronto for 5 years as their Manager of Research & Sustainability. In this role, Kris supported over 120 Canadian commercial real estate companies with ESG best practices and research. In 2021, he was named one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leaders by Corporate Knights Magazine. In early 2022, Kris moved to London, UK to gain international experience and is now working as a Managing Consultant at EVORA Global where he supports European and international real estate clients, particularly in the area of sustainable finance.
