With experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors, SEED grad and Sustainability ESG Consultant at Caribbean Climate Innovation Center, Nalini Jagnarine has paid her dues, learned from the best and built a professional network to support her career success.

In her Alumni Office Hour, she'll share how to make yourself more marketable and the benefits of networking, volunteering and mentorship. She'll also touch on how to understand what you want and which industry aligns with your values and how to keep up with current trends and certifications to stay on top of your game and climb the right ladder one step at a time!

Sustainability ESG Consultant, Caribbean Climate Innovation Center

With a passion for the Environment, Climate Change, and an understanding of the need for business sustainability, Nalini Jagnarine completed a master’s program at the University of Waterloo in Environment and Business with a key focus on the Business case for Sustainability. Nalini has worked with numerous organizations (private, public, and non-profit) to lead in engagement programs, campaigns, and strategies, as well as philanthropic activities with their stakeholder whether it be the Environment, Risk Analysis or Quality Control to enhance wellness, charitable activities, or community involvement.

With her international experience and skills in maintaining and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (both public and private) and from delivering international presentations and hosting local seminars/workshops, Nalini has a true passion for preserving and exceeding company goals and strategies. She has always advocated that good ethics and environment is good business and if we can better the lives of our community members, we are making huge strides.
