Though parks planning was not Vitumbiko Mhango’s intended career path, she has no regrets about falling into it. Vitumbiko used her co-op experiences to filter what she enjoyed and what she didn’t – allowing her to find her passion for parks planning.
But you don't have to be a co-op student to benefit from this event!
Join Vitumbiko to hear about her experience as a Black female in a predominately Caucasian male field. Learn how to be confident in yourself and the knowledge you possess, how to be open to constructive criticism and how to learn from your mistakes.
