WatIAM has been proactively shut down, as IST staff troubleshoot an error.
S1 was deployed as a temporary EDR in response to a security breach earlier this year. Recently, a request for proposal (RFP) process was completed to select a permanent EDR solution. The S1 product from a different solution provider was selected as the result of the RFP.

Internet access on the main campus has been restored.
This issue originated from one of our remote campus connections.

Internet access is down in many buildings on main campus, due to a hardware fault. Teams from IST are going building-to-building to fix the fault and some buildings are already back online.
We will be testing the University’s campus-wide emergency communication system around 11:15 a.m. on October 3, 2023.
WatIAM will be unavailable on October 11, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
