WatIAM service restored - Feb 8
The WatIAM system was taken offline at approximately 4:25 p.m. yesterday (February 7) due to a data storage issue. WatIAM is back online as of approximately 9:00 a.m. this morning.

Information Systems & Technology (IST) will begin work this year to refresh the University’s core network equipment. Current network technology is nearing end-of-life, providing an opportune time to review the current environment and institute changes that will improve performance and allow for the optimization of the core network components as future demand requires.
New version of Microsoft Teams to be enabled February 20, 2024. Microsoft is retiring the classic version of Teams on March 31, 2024.
WatIAM (Sailpoint IdentityIQ) is being upgraded from version 8.1 to version 8.2.

Blackbaud CRM has been selected (via a request for proposal (RFP)) to provide a constituent relationship management solution (CRM).

WatIAM has been proactively shut down, as IST staff troubleshoot an error.
S1 was deployed as a temporary EDR in response to a security breach earlier this year. Recently, a request for proposal (RFP) process was completed to select a permanent EDR solution. The S1 product from a different solution provider was selected as the result of the RFP.
