Mike Gaspic has been hired as the Director, Information Systems, effective August 28, 2023

There is an issue with the core routers that is affecting wired/wireless service.

It is with shock and sadness IST announces the passing of a member of our team, Cassie Bechard. 

We will be testing the University’s campus-wide emergency communication system around 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 2023.

Quest will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance.

• Internal systems are back online 
• You must change your WatIAM password

• Online systems will experience scheduled downtime tomorrow evening at 6:30 p.m.
• If you are already logged in to applications prior to this period, you may not experience any down time 
• You will be required to reset your WatIAM password once the systems are back online

IT Asset Management tool, Assets, now available 

The statistical software, SAS, is available to faculty and staff on the IST Webstore. SAS is now centrally funded so there is no charge to faculty and staff.
