How do you stay strong like an Avenger?

The Avengers are a very busy group, spending so much of their time saving the world again and again from various evils. A big part of the reason they are so successful is due to their strength. While you may not be saving the world right now, that doesn’t mean you can’t prepare yourself to be the strongest student you can be. Below are the many ways you can get and stay strong like an Avenger. But be careful! There are many sides to strength. Focusing on only one kind can wear you down. Just like the responsibility of saving the world, pushing yourself can take a lot out of you, even if you had some of the special abilities of Avengers. So, we have also included ways to help you relax and take care of yourself.
